StratSimple now supports @ mentions! Tag Your teammates!
By typing @ followed by a person's name, users can select one or multiple colleagues to notify. Tagged individuals receive an email with a direct link to the update and an in-app notification in their notification bar. This feature streamlines communication and ensures the right people are always in the loop.
StratSimple has introduced an @mention feature that allows users to tag team members directly within update comments.
Step by Step Guide
From your home page or dashboard, click the goal that you'd like to update to open the Update Screen.
To mention someone in the comment field, simply type the @ symbol followed by their name
A dropdown of all the users will appear as you type, to select from if needed.
Repeat the @ mention process to tag multiple people
Click Save to post your comment
Tagged users will automatically receive an email notification with a link to the update
Recipients can click the link in the email to view the mention and review the goal
Mentions will also appear as notifications in the recipient's notification bar
To clear notifications, click "Mark All as Read" in the notification bar

When managing a busy team, use @mentions strategically — tag only the people who truly need to act on or review the update. This keeps notifications meaningful and prevents alert fatigue, ensuring that when someone sees their name mentioned in StratSimple, they know it requires their attention.
