Tom has 25 years of experience helping public, private, and non-profit organizations craft visionary strategies, tackle critical challenges, and improve efficiency. A former leader of Deloitte’s Federal Organization Strategies practice, he also held senior roles at BearingPoint and played a key role in shaping U.S. homeland security reforms. Tom has advised over 125 clients worldwide—from non-profits and governments to multilateral organizations and global businesses. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware and an M.A. from the University of Maryland.
