We’re hiring our first full-time employee and we're looking for an amazing person who will help us set the bar for what being a StratSimple team member looks like. We're hiring a Customer Success Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in helping our customers (consultants and nonprofits) succeed.
You’ll support consultants and nonprofit users by setting up surveys, refining PowerPoint reports, and guiding them through onboarding and training. You’ll also build training materials, experiment with AI tools to improve workflows, and contribute ideas that make our processes better.
This is an entry-level role with real growth potential — perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, great with people, and eager to grow alongside a startup.
Location: While your daily work will be remote, we'd like you to be located within a 1 hour drive of Wilkes-Barre, PA to make it practical for us to do team meetings in person occassionaly.
Pay: $15-20 an hour, extra commission possible but no other benefits. Our expectation is for this pay to have significant growth as we grow!
