About the Role
We're hiring our first full-time employee and we're looking for an amazing person who will help us set the bar for what being a StratSimple team member looks like. We're hiring a Customer Success Coordinator. You'll be the primary point of contact for our consultants and nonprofit clients, building relationships that drive adoption and satisfaction.
You'll own the customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support, designing and configuring surveys, building client-ready strategic deliverables, and guiding customers through training. You'll develop training materials, experiment with AI tools to improve workflows, and contribute ideas that make our processes better.
This role offers real growth potential and is perfect for someone who's organized, interested in entrepreneurship, tech-savvy, great with people, and ready to take ownership inside a startup.
Location: While your daily work will be remote, we'd like you to be located within a 2- hour drive of Wilkes-Barre, PA to make it practical for us to do team meetings in person occasionally.
Pay: $50k+ annual salary, plus bonus potential. Potential for signifcant increases as we grow and the position grows with us.
What You’ll Do
- Train & Support:
- Lead onboarding sessions and feature walk-throughs
- Independently assess and resolve customer challenges, escalating complex issues with recommended solutions
- Exercise judgment in prioritizing and resolving client issues
- Evaluate customer health metrics and proactively recommend interventions
- Develop and refine onboarding processes based on client feedback and outcomes
- Prepare Surveys: Design and configure virtual interview experiences, collaborating with consultants to optimize engagement strategy
- Review PowerPoint Reports: Review automated outputs and finalize them into client-ready strategic deliverables, exercising judgment on presentation and messaging
- Leverage AI: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to streamline tasks, draft content, and automate workflows
- Support Operations: Lead special projects and develop operational improvements that support company growth

About You
Required:
- Live within a 2-hour commute of Wilkes-Barre, PA so we can get ttogether for occasional team meetings
- Proven ability to learn new software tools quickly and independently
- Experience in customer support, software businesses, or consulting
- Experience working with web-based software platforms (CRM, project management tools, SaaS products, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work smarter
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
- Energized by a fast-paced, evolving startup environmen.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with strategic planning concepts (SWOT, KPIs, OKRs)
- Interest in nonprofits and community impact
- Bachelor’s degree (business, communications, etc…)
- Skilled in PowerPoint
