About the Role

We’re hiring our first full-time employee and we're looking for an amazing person who will help us set the bar for what being a StratSimple team member looks like. We're hiring a Customer Success Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in helping our customers (consultants and nonprofits) succeed.

You’ll support consultants and nonprofit users by setting up surveys, refining PowerPoint reports, and guiding them through onboarding and training. You’ll also build training materials, experiment with AI tools to improve workflows, and contribute ideas that make our processes better.

This is an entry-level role with real growth potential — perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, great with people, and eager to grow alongside a startup.

Location: While your daily work will be remote, we'd like you to be located within a 1 hour drive of Wilkes-Barre, PA to make it practical for us to do team meetings in person occassionaly.

Pay: $15-20 an hour, extra commission possible but no other benefits. Our expectation is for this pay to have significant growth as we grow!

What You’ll Do

  • Set Up Surveys: Configure virtual interviews in StratSimple based on consultant instructions.
  • Build Reports: Work in PowerPoint to refine and present automated analysis outputs for client-facing decks.
  • Train & Support:
    • Lead onboarding sessions and feature walk-throughs.
    • Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues.
    • Create and record short training videos and tutorials.
  • Position Title: Customer Success Coordinator
  • Leverage AI: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to streamline tasks, draft content, and automate workflows.
  • Support Operations: Assist with special projects, automations, and administrative tasks that support the leadership team.

Who You Are

Required:

  • Live within a 1-hour commute of Wilkes-Barre, PA
  • Skilled in PowerPoint (or Canva, or Google Slides)
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work smarter.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed.
  • Energized by a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with strategic planning concepts (SWOT, KPIs, OKRs).
  • Interest in nonprofits and community impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree (business, communications, etc…) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in customer support, software businesses, or consulting.
